In order to apply for a Real Estate License in Colorado you must complete six educational courses consisting of the following: Course 100: Real Estate Law & Practice Course 101: Colorado Real Estate Contracts and Regulations Course 102: Closings Course 103: Recordkeeping and Trust Accounts Course 104: Current Legal Issues Course 105: Practical Applications
You must then pass the state exam which is comprised of two sections, the General Real Estate section and the Colorado Real Estate section.
